Shipping Policy

 

All large items (sauna, ice bath, bucket shower) are delivered in large crates by special courier. 

Depending on your location most orders are delivered between 2 and 10 business days. This excludes Western Australia and more regional/rural areas. Shipping time for these locations will be determined when orders are placed. 

Pricing for delivery is subject to the customers location and will be calculated when orders are placed. 

All deliveries of larger items are curb side/drive way and access will need to be discussed to determine whether the delivery truck has sufficient access. 

We offer a local delivery and construction service for customers within the Northern Rivers of NSW and South East QLD for a flat rate of $800. Unfortunately we are unable to offer this service outside of this area at this time but we are looking to provide this service to more customers in the future.
