Ice Bath Warranty

At Endure Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing reliable support to our customers.

This Warranty Policy applies to all genuine Endure Wellness products purchased directly from Endure Wellness or an authorised reseller.

This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.


1. Warranty Coverage

Ice Baths & Chillers

Endure Wellness ice baths and chillers include the following manufacturer warranty coverage from the date of delivery:

Product Warranty Period
Ice Baths 24 Months
Chillers 24 Months
Pumps & Electrical Components 24 Months
Accessories & Consumables 30 Days

Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal residential use.


2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Pump failures
  • Electrical faults
  • Water leaks caused by manufacturing defects
  • Faulty fittings or connectors
  • Chiller malfunction under normal operation
  • Structural defects in the tub body

At Endure Wellness’ discretion, approved claims may result in:

  • Replacement parts
  • Product repair
  • Product replacement

3. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Scratches, fading, or discoloration
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or abuse
  • Damage caused by improper water maintenance
  • Mold, mildew, corrosion, or rust
  • Damage from weather exposure or environmental conditions
  • Commercial or high-volume use unless approved in writing
  • Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Consumable items such as filters and seals
  • Damage caused during customer relocation or transport
  • Damage caused by power surges or electrical issues outside the product

4. Warranty Conditions

To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

  • Follow all setup and maintenance instructions
  • Maintain proper water quality and hygiene
  • Clean filters regularly
  • Use the product only as intended
  • Ensure chillers are installed in suitable ventilated environments
  • Use appropriate power supply and surge protection where recommended

Failure to follow maintenance guidelines may void warranty coverage.


5. Commercial Use

Products used in:

  • gyms
  • wellness centres
  • recovery studios
  • commercial facilities

may require separate commercial warranty approval.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard warranties apply to residential use only.


6. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, customers must contact Endure Wellness and provide:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • Description of the fault

Claims should be submitted within 14 days of noticing the issue.


7. Warranty Assessment

Endure Wellness reserves the right to:

  • Troubleshoot issues remotely
  • Request additional evidence
  • Request return of defective components
  • Repair or replace products at its discretion

If a returned product is inspected and found not to have a manufacturing fault, shipping and inspection costs may apply.


8. Shipping & Repairs

For approved warranty claims:

  • Endure Wellness may provide replacement parts for self-installation
  • Repair instructions may be supplied remotely
  • Some repairs may require products to be returned for inspection

Repair and replacement timelines may vary depending on parts availability and location.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endure Wellness is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Loss of use
  • Water damage
  • Personal injury arising from misuse
  • Damage caused by failure to follow instructions

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to:

  • replacement or refund for major failures
  • compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

Customers are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

Sauna Warranty

At Endure Wellness, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our barrel saunas. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for performance, longevity, and relaxation. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality—balanced with clarity around proper use and care.

 


 

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to Endure Wellness Barrel Saunas used in residential, non-commercial settings:

  • Heater: 2-year warranty

  • Cabin Structure: 3-year warranty

  • Accessories (e.g., lighting, thermometers, bucket and ladle, hourglass timer): 6-month warranty

 


 

What’s Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the original owner only. All components must be installed and used as intended according to the owner's manual.

 


 

Conditions & Exclusions

  • This warranty is void if the sauna heater is not installed by a licensed electrician.

  • This warranty does not cover commercial, rental, or institutional use.

  • Damage resulting from freight damage, misuse, neglect, improper or abnormal use, improper maintenance or unauthorised modifications is not covered.

  • Cosmetic wear and tear, including natural aging of wood, staining of wood is not covered.

 


 

Warranty Claims

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at 0432348006 or info@endurewellness.com.au. You will be asked to provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

  • Confirmation of licensed heater installation (if applicable)

All claims must be reviewed and approved by Endure Wellness. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.

 


 

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. Endure Wellness is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, inconvenience, or installation/removal costs.

 


 

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
