Barrel Sauna Warranty
At Endure Wellness, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our barrel saunas. Each unit is thoughtfully designed for performance, longevity, and relaxation. Our warranty reflects our commitment to quality—balanced with clarity around proper use and care.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to Endure Wellness Barrel Saunas used in residential, non-commercial settings:

Heater: 2-year warranty

Cabin Structure: 5-year warranty

Accessories (e.g., lighting, thermometers, bucket and ladle, hourglass timer): 6-month warranty
What’s Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage begins on the original date of purchase and applies to the original owner only. All components must be installed and used as intended according to the owner's manual.
Conditions & Exclusions

This warranty is void if the sauna heater is not installed by a licensed electrician.

This warranty does not cover commercial, rental, or institutional use.

Damage resulting from freight damage, misuse, neglect, improper or abnormal use, improper maintenance or unauthorised modifications is not covered.

Cosmetic wear and tear, including natural aging of wood, staining of wood is not covered.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team at 0432348006 or info@endurewellness.com.au. You will be asked to provide:

Proof of purchase

Photographic evidence of the issue

Confirmation of licensed heater installation (if applicable)
All claims must be reviewed and approved by Endure Wellness. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective parts at our discretion.
Limitations of Liability
This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components. Endure Wellness is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, inconvenience, or installation/removal costs.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
